"I am writing this as a humble note of appreciation for the outstanding service provided by Bobby from Water Source Plumbing.  At my house, I had a leak at one of my water hydrants located in the yard, which Bobby was able to quickly isolate and resolve.  This required digging through three feet of dirt and mud to install a disconnect value, which to say the least wasn’t an easy job.   Bobby was friendly and efficient and I appreciate the quality workmanship.   I have already recommended your company to one of my clients today."

"I called yesterday afternoon about a non-emergency toilet leak, and Water Source Plumbing had Bobby at my house by 9:00am. Bobby was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He diagnosed the problems and thoroughly explained to me the options for repair. He also discussed the costs of the repair upfront, which I greatly appreciated. "Bob, I do not have a twitter or facebook account, therefore, I am sending you an email to reference with business Water Source Plumbing Company. I have 2 hot water heaters that went out at the same time. The water heater company referred me to Water Source Plumbing Company in my area, Newnan, GA. Your tech arrived the next day with a sparkling, fully equipped work truck, and repaired both heaters onsite. The tech answered all my questions and while waiting for the water heaters to re-cycle, checked and adjusted faucets and also repaired a slow running toilet water tank. "Dear Operations Manager, On December 2, my neighbor noticed water leaking from a county water meter into the street, so he called your company to come out and look at it.

Later that night we discovered that the source of the leak was where my water line connects to the meter. In January of this year the telephone company had upgraded the service on our street for fiber optics cable and dug up around each telephone box. Luckily I had taken pictures for the open holes showing the location of the water lines. From the pictures, it was easy to see where the most likely spot was.

On Saturday, December 2, one of your plumbers came out and repaired the line for us. Our previous two water leaks took several days to get someone on the job to fix the leaks. It was a relief to get the line replaced and not have to go out and temporarily turn the valve at the meter on and off until repairs could be made. 

Your plumber cut out three different sizes and types of pipe and re-routed them for a more direct flow using the same size pipe. He put cardboard down to protect the yard and cleaned up everything. The only thing he didnt’ have on the truck was an extra three yards of fill dirt to level the yard.

Your plumber is a very knowledgeable, conscientious, pleasant person to work with. Thanks for sending him out to solve our problem.
